This first edition was published to display a sample of one of the DSWD requirements for licensing, called an "Agency Manual". I waved my royalty, so you can get the hard cover at cost. It is also available for download.
This will have a narrow appeal to only those people interested in social welfare, child caring agencies or adoption. As a text book for schools the publisher offers a discount at 26, 52 and big savings at 104 copies.
